I couldn't have had a better experience with BNS Roofing. Keno and his team are efficient, skilled, honest and nice. They replaced the roof in two days, and Keno introduced me to a community of honest, skilled people to restore and paint the wood mouldings/fascia/soffit on the front of my old Victorian and replace all the aluminum at the back. And they were all lovely as well.

Keno's quote was reasonable, not the cheapest. I went with him because of the time he took to assess the work and his patience explaining what needed to happen. He also noticed a problem on the roof that the other companies either didn't notice or chose not to address at the quote stage. Keno ran through possible scenarios and how we'd deal with them. In the end, I had a really good feeling about Keno.

My good feeling was right. I had a death in the family and a tight window to get all the work done and Keno kept my stress levels down with a couple of calm, generous conversations from a roof top somewhere in Toronto.

And, of course, he made it all happen, on time, on budget.

And the house looks GREAT. Thank you, Keno + team.

BNS Contractors did an exceptional job replacing the shingles on our home. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and clearly experienced in the work they were doing.

We were especially impressed with the quality of the materials used. Everything felt solid and durable, and it was clear that they focused on doing the job properly rather than rushing through it. The shingles were installed neatly, the lines were straight, and they paid close attention to important areas such as the edges, valleys, flashing, and drainage points.

The crew worked efficiently, kept the area organized, and made sure everything was properly finished before leaving. The final result looks beautiful, clean, and very well done.

We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and feel confident that our roof was completed with care and good-quality materials. We would definitely recommend BNS Contractors to anyone looking for reliable and professional roofing work.

Just had the roof done, needed new plywood over the boards. Silvi did a complete inspection, and discussed my options. He responds to questions quickly, and doesn’t make you feel you shouldn’t be asking them. BNS did quality work for a good price. Overall, a stress free experience.

Silvi helped replace the roof on my parents home, and him and his team did an incredible job! Silvi was able to do the initial consultation only a day after I contacted him, and the roof replacement about a week later. He was very communicative and transparent throughout the process, and we are more than happy with the result. Thank you Silvi + team!
